Meeting
Information
The
1999 SRC User Meeting will be held on Friday,
October 8, followed by a Workshop on Low-Dimensional
Systems on Saturday, October 9. As in
previous years, the User Meeting will feature talks on research programs
at Aladdin. The Aladdin Lamp Award
will be presented during the meeting. This award is for outstanding student
research performed at SRC.
The meeting and workshop will be held in the conference
room at the Physical Sciences Laboratory. The final program and other materials will be
available at the meetings.
Users are strongly urged to supply summaries and highlights
of their research programs at the SRC as early as possible. This reporting is important
for the continued support of the SRC by the NSF. User submissions will be made
available at the meetings and will be posted on the meeting web site. Posters are always
welcome. A tentative list of speakers and topics can be found (coming soon!) at the SRC
web site.
