The abstract submission deadline is September 1, 2009. Please see our Call for Abstracts.

A list of submitted abstracts is available.

Please prepare abstracts of your work performed at SRC during the past year. These abstracts will be used as a basis for selecting the contributed presentations for the SRC Users' Meeting. All contributors are encouraged to prepare a poster for presentation during the poster sessions.

Students and postdoctoral researchers who have performed hands-on research at SRC are particularly encouraged to present their work.

Prepare each abstract in LaTex, Word or WordPerfect document using the following parameters: 12-point Times New Roman font, one inch page margins, center and bold the title in 14-point Times New Roman font, double space, authors/institutions to be 12-point and italicized with the author who would present the talk, if selected, underlined. Submit any figures you want included as EPS. Triple space before the abstract. The abstracts are limited in length to one letter size page. When submitting your abstract, don't forget to identify yourself in the file name.

A sample abstract is available (PDF format) to use as a guideline. A meeting booklet with all abstracts will be produced so please keep to the requested format.

Submitting your Abstract

Please submit your abstract by uploading it to the SRC server. A confirmation notice will be sent to you upon receipt of the abstract.
